JDT among Club of the Decade nominees
The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) have nominated six-time consecutive Malaysia Super League champions Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) for the AFC Cup Club of the Decade award.
JDT were nominated alongside the likes of two Kuwait based clubs Kuwait SC and Qadsia SC, Al Ahed from Lebanon and Iraq’s Air Force Club.
Being the only club hailing from Southeast Asia to be nominated, the Southern Tigers made an outstanding debut in the 2015 edition of the AFC Cup by emerging as champions.
Supporters will have till Sunday to pick the winner of the award through a voting session being conducted at AFC’s official website:
