Supachai unfazed by strong Malaysian support
Thailand forward Supachai Jaided said he won’t be intimidated by the 80,000 Harimau Malaya supporters that are set to show up for the AFF Suzuki Cup semi-final 1st leg at the Bukit Jalil Stadium this Saturday.
The 19-year-old Buriram United player said most of his teammates are already used to that kind of pressure and it won’t affect their game one bit.
“I’m not feeling nervous at all. We’ve played in Malaysia before and we know that their fans are very passionate.
“But we will only focus on our game and we will not be bothered about the noise from the crowd. Our goal is to progress to the final,” said Supachai.
Malaysia are set to face Thailand in the 1st leg on 1 December at Bukit Jalil while the 2nd leg will be played in Bangkok on 5 December.
